3. eSIM Products & Activation

All eSIM plans are delivered digitally via email after purchase.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
Each QR code is valid for a single activation and cannot be transferred or reused.
Data validity begins upon activation, not upon purchase.
FlashSim is not responsible for activation failures caused by device incompatibility or carrier restrictions.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize FlashSim to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and the refund process. As a general rule, refunds are only available for unactivated eSIMs reported within 7 days of purchase.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to resell eSIM plans without authorization, or to attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions on our platform.

FlashSim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our eSIM services, including but not limited to loss of data or connectivity issues caused by third-party network providers.
